Scab Giardino S.p.a. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882.

STATE OF CONFORMITY
Partially conformant
Despite our ongoing efforts to make the website fully accessible, we declare partial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 due to disproportionate economic and organizational burden for complete resolution of certain issues.
Specifically, full implementation of all WCAG 2.2 success criteria in some sections or functionalities would require financial and human resources that are currently unavailable or unsustainable, or structural interventions that would compromise operational continuity or existing technological stability. This presently prevents us from eliminating all identified accessibility barriers.

COMMITMENT TO CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuing to improve the accessibility of our website. To this end, we will:
- Ongoing monitoring – periodically assess the website’s accessibility status, considering evolving technologies and regulations.
